Sales Training
The sales training is comprised of:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes annually.
    • Two week course focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their area.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes each year.
    • Two week course focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) different sales classes provided for General Managers twice a year, totaling 4 ½ training days, focusing on sales culture and daily sales operation.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians contains:

  • Heating and cooling system tune-up procedural training twice a year
  • Carbon monoxide and heat exchanger inspection yearly
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ in the spring and fall
  • Ongoing NATE certification and specialty classes on demand

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in further education through the launch of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc curriculum to better train our technical staff.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Biannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to offer support, tools, and structure for managing a business from the P&L aspect.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Semiannually, participate in outbound calling through a one (1) day course. In this program we study heating and cooling industry basics, what drives people to purchase, calling procedures, scripts, customer purchase signals, and mastering customer grievances.

Dispatcher

  • No formal classes offered. As needed training provided by the General Manager and appropriate staff at the center.
