General Manager is responsible for
directing and arranging all activities of a
Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service location.
The General Manager supervises the P&L, steers
sales, and provides guidance to all personnel
and processes for the center.
The Service Technician completes
diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial HVAC equipment
and accessories. The Service Technician corresponds
with residential and/or commercial customers to provide
answers to any and all questions, resolve concerns,
and ensure complete customer satisfaction. The person filling the position also promotes
products and services to customer and works under the guidance
of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
Installation Technician conducts heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial jobsites. The
individual filling the position
also completes installation and service on inside air products and equipment, as well, and has the expertise
to understand controls and wiring diagrams
Customer Service Specialist manages customer
and billing inquiries with the highest degree
of consideration and professionalism to settle
customer complaints with a same-call
resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for supporting
day-to-day running of the Service Experts Heating and
Air Conditioning service center.
Dispatcher, using approved radio and pager procedures,
dispatches appointments to Maintenance Technicians,
Installers, and Service Technicians. The individual in the
positiong also communicates
with the customer to confirm the customer is aware
of scheduled appointments, reply to queries,
and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher
effectively plans and routes the most appropriate
technicians in accordance with established company guidelines.
